Creapocket

A collaborative podcast platform for organisations. Creapocket turns what employees, clients or users have to say into a finished episode — no studio, no editing, and no technical skill asked of the people speaking.

Project Overview

Most organisations already have the raw material for a good podcast — people with something to say — and almost none of them ship one. What stops it is never the content: it is the logistics of getting everyone in the same room, the pile of voice files that comes back in six different formats, and the editing pass nobody has time for.

Creapocket removes all three. Each contributor gets a link, records their answer from a phone or a laptop with nothing to install, and re-records until they are happy with it. The platform cleans the audio and assembles the takes into a single episode; the organisation adds an intro and an outro and publishes it through an RSS feed or its own dedicated space.

The product is in its pilot phase, run from Angers. The launch programme covers a scoping call, the podcast space, the questions put to contributors, one to three produced episodes and a review after thirty days.

Key Features

Invitation by Link
Contributors receive a plain link — no account to create, no application to install, and nothing to schedule.
Record and Retake
Answers are recorded from any phone or computer, redone as many times as needed, and only sent once the speaker validates them.
Automatic Cleanup and Assembly
The platform cleans each take and assembles the contributions into a single coherent episode, removing the editing pass entirely.
Publish Anywhere
Intro and outro are added on top, then the episode goes out over an RSS feed or through a dedicated space.

Use Cases

Internal Communication
A recurring podcast carrying company news, messages from management and what teams are actually working on.
Employer Brand and HR
Giving employees the microphone to attract and onboard future talent — a “my job in three minutes” format is three questions and one voice.
Customer Testimonials
Turning customer satisfaction into audio social proof, in the customer's own voice rather than a pull quote.
